Myself and my bestfriend (the bride) had to make an emergency tanning session the day before the wedding due to some appointment cancellations. This Palm Beach Tan is amazing and the service was more than we could ask for. The front desk was able to get the bride the spray tan that she needed and wanted. She explained everything and we were ready the next day LOL. Super thankful for PBT, if it wasn't for you honestly there probably would've been and early meltdown before the wedding.

It's great! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Always willing to help. I would recommend palm beach tan to anyone looking for a tanning salon.

Glad the beds are finally being relamped. IWas about to cancel or freeze my membership. The lotion is too expensive to purchase if the beds need to be relamped. Jennifer and staff work very hard to accommodate everyone and the hurricane doubled the customers and work and the beds needed new bulbs. Glad corporate got the message.

The only issue I've experienced would be the digital screens not being readable/clear. It's hard to turn a fan off/on or reduce face bulbs if you can't read the screen. Also, it seems like bulbs are out more often too. My last 3 visits (3 before my last as I upgraded my lady visit)) all beds have had multiple tubes out :( Other than these things the girls have all been great and I love my over all results!

Every morning when I go in to tan the staff greets me with a smile. I do have a suggestion. I would like to try some of the lotions but even with a percentage discount that you sometimes offer they are still very expensive. I did purchase a bottle when I first started tanning but I can't justify spending an additional 50 or so dollars every month. I wonder if you would consider doing a one day only deep discount on one bottle of lotion or even do like a sample of the week for a discount. I believe if it's more affordable then your customers will be more willing to make a purchase. Thank you for listening

Love the atmosphere and all the employees only problem the highest level beds need new bulbs then it would be perfect.

I have been tanning at the back beach tanning store for the past few years lately the beds don't seem to be getting as hot as the used to when I first started I have been paying for my diamond package and been using the lower beds because they have the newer bulbs I told the young lady the other day its crazy I spend so much on tanning and don't get to use the best beds because the bulbs ate old I ask every time when will the diamond beds get new bulbs and they only say well when they send them I don't want to change places but it's just not far to me

I love the people that work there they are so nice..And i love to tan there also..And i really like the manager Jennifer..

I'm kind of disappointed at how many of the bulbs are out and have not been changed in a very long time.

I was a member for years, until my gym offered a tanning bed included with my membership. After our hurricane, I had to relocate to the other side of town and was very pleased just see that there was a Palm Beach Tan and my information with still in the system. Glad to see that your staff and the facility is still awesome.Happy returning member at Panama City Beach facility (originally Lynn Haven).

Would like to see the bulbs changed more often and better rewards then 20% off lotion but the people are nice

I already have a membership and was co sidering upgrade but it seems as if there is a $20 charge for upgrading my current membership. It makes me want to shop elsewhere for tanning packages.

So far it has been great. Only negative was that I wasn't walked through how to use the controls on the beds. Most are pretty self explanatory, but it's been a while since I've had to tan. Otherwise everyone is helpful and the shop is well kept.

As usual, the staff was friendly & polite despite my late arrival (20 min to close) & the salon was spotless.I have no issues with them or this particular visit, but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the ambiguity/inacurracy of the details & pricing stated on the website/My PBT acct. I don't understand why I'm paying $29.95/month for a "Silver Level" membership when near as I can tell from the seemingly intentional circular & confusing layout & wording online I could be getting basically the same thing with a PBT One membership for half that much ($14.95) - minus some "Rewards" that I rarely use & are also not dated clearly or correctly or the My PBT dashboard, along with my "Purchase History" & other benefits/perks I'm supposedly gaining from my Premier Rewards membership (preferential pricing on upgrades - prices are nowhere to be found on the site unless there's a published company-wide promo, coupon or sale, Upgrades/Changes to my membership, Tan Dollars(?), etc).Site also goes back & forth arbritrarily between the terms "Level One, Two, Three..." and "Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond" respectively when describing the different types of beds/tanning included with various packages & promotions, and even goes so far as to use misleading statements in the fine print of advertised promo's - for example: "Uprgrade your Membership Forever For Only $10!". I found that not only did that purchase & change to my membership never appear on the My PBT dashboard, even if it had it would have been a recurring monthly $10 increase not just a one time fee as implied & still wouldn't have applied to my current Gold level but only to my original Silver package, which I had already previously upgraded to Gold during another still-active promotion (also never appeared on my dashboard). Fortunately, I realized afterwards that it was just as well that there was no record of my initial $10 payment to "Uprgrade Forever", as that would have just brought my monthly fee up to $39.95 for a Gold Level Premier Rewards Membership Auto-Bill plan, which is the same as the regularly-listed every-day price anyway. I must reiterate that I have NEVER had any cause to be upset with or dissatisfied by the staff members or the facilities at this location in any way! I've always found the employees & the salon itself to be perfectly lovely in every possible way!My only complaint is the repeated misrepresentation of pricing & services posted on the company's website.Be that as it may, I must confess that after I've utilized my 6-month Premier Reward in March, I will be downgrading my plan back to PBT One if not cancelling my membership altogether.I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to let me voice my opinions.Thank you!

Last time I; bought up grades they said they did not expire so I tried using them .they told me they had expired. I went to the store in town bought upgrades again tried to use them .they said I hadn't bought up grades but I purchased lotion. I haven't bought lotion in over a year. So what is really going on.

Every day I am always met by a member of your personnel with a friendly smile and a willingness to help me in any capacity making my daily experience at your business a joyful one. I leave there everyday in a better mood than when I arrived. If I have questions on a service or product, I receive an answer in a prompt and timely manner as well.

For the most part everyone is friendly and very helpful. You have one staff member, I usually see her on Sunday's that is friendly, smiling and greets me by name. This past Sunday (14) she wasn't working. This was the first time in a long time that someone wasn't real friendly, didn't ask if I'd used that bed before as I was using one of my upgrades. Had to figure it by myself.

I love coming here because the staff always make me feel welcome, and they are all so friendly. All the rooms are very clean and neat.

Your level one beds at the Destin branch are horrible.

I am up set that it took 3 months - 90 plus days to let me know that my account was pass due because yoy could not access my debit card. And then added late fees and penelties on top of it. REALLY! The girls at the counter were great. they waved the fees.

Everyday I walk in the 23rd Street store in Panama City it's like having a great day I could be in the worst mood and they'd always brighten my day I love the ladies that work there besides the dark headed one that wears too much makeup they always have a smile on their face and they always know how to handle my difficulties. The one with long brown hair is always great with me I love her she is one of the great assets to your company.

Beds are okay, customer service okay, just not great

Need more higher level beds. I pay for highest level of bed and have went at different times throughout day and bed is always taken. Bed availability is the only problem. I have been a customer for a very long time, as a matter of fact, before they were even PBT.

I was having to drive over to Lynn have for a basic bed with new bulbs. Finally back beach road salon changed their bulbs! Si glad not to have to drive 50 miles r/t for a bed that gives me color. Yes I prefer basic beds, just want the bulbs changed more often than they do.

I love my Palm Beach Tan on Panama City beach. Over all its always a great place to tan. Customer service is great. They speak to me by my name. I never have to sit and wait on a bed to be cleaned. I do however work in retail. You shouldn't have to be pushed to buy something every time you tan. I do love getting deals through the email program! I give Palm Beach a thumbs up! The best tanning place in Florida!!!!!!!! ☀

I have the basic bronze package so I walked in just planning on tanning, Melissa was behind the counter and let me know that it was $10 to get a spray tan, she knows I like to spray when I can. So I was happy to do that then she also explained to me that I can get a $25 gift card for my mom on mother's day too and get a free spray so I decided to do that because you can't beat getting two sprays for $10. She was so helpful and let me know exactly what I needed to do! I highly recommend PBT to anyone. Melissa is the best ❤

Best tanning place I've ever been to! They reward their members with great deals, the longer you're a member the more deals you get. They are always so friendly and nice and they care about their customers. It feels like "Cheers", if I haven't been in a while Kim will ask me, where have you been, I haven't seen you in a while. You don't get customer service like that too many places anymore.

Palm Beach Tan is a great salon, the only thing I would recommend is that they get some new beds. The location on Back beach Rd in Panama City Beach, FL still has the same beds they had there when they were still Club Sun. A bit of an upgrade would be nice.

Always clean and sufficient amount of beds. Wish some of the employees would have a little more knowledge on differences of beds.

I was referred here by a friend and she loves the place. Well now I do from the time I walked into the door I felt welcomed. Kim is great she showed me all the beds, explained the plans offered. So I now am a proud member of Palm Beach Tan. Kim is one of the reasons always friendly and happy to see you, and I didn't forget the rest of the staff. The place is always clean. Very informative staff. My tan looks great because of them THANKS.

They always give me amazing service. They don't press on me anything they know I don't need or want. They keep me up to date on deals and it is always very very clean. All the ladies are very nice. Melissa the manager is the best!

I love the staff!! Very helpful. Tanning beds are great although I'm disappointed in how often something with the beds aren't working. Especially for the amount if money I spend there. For example, bulbs out, mister out of water, mister not working at all...

I absolutely LOVE coming in to the salon to tan. Michelle and Melissa are the best assets to your company, Do what you can to keep them on your payroll, because it will be a big loss loosing either one of them.

Many of the radios in the beds no longer work - but store is always clean and girls are always friendly. Girls tend to pressure my teenage daughter into buying things when I'm not with her. I'm sure they have a sales quotes they need to make, but my daughter is also in retail and said they are too aggressive when she tells them "no".

Manager very accommodating and professional but spray tanning booth very cold rooms I do not like tanning in winter because store salon too cold

Michelle, Panama City Beach location, is absolute awesome. She is very knowledgable about the services offered and takes time to explain everything, no matter how many questions you might have.

I wish there were mirrors in every room...and employees let me know of special pricing and talked more about new products..

Michelle is the best answer all of my many questions and helped me pick the right lotion and bed!! I am glad Zoom tan closed!

Amazing & friendly staff!

My tanning experience at PBT on back beach in Panama City Beach Fl is always a very nice experience. It is because of the the manager, Melissa Reece that I will continue tanning with PBT. She is very knowledgeable about the products & always greets you with a smile. A lot of good energy in the salon
